Along the edges of earth, the vertical is consumed by the horizontal…a vaporous obscuration of the shear vertical terrain of the Rocky Mountains creates the appearance of an ancient landlocked sea…we cruise above a mystical landscape, inspired by the reality of a sharp and severe landscape and its interaction with a placid static cloud deck. Our position in space is a gift, far enough away to perceive the smooth curvature of the earth, yet close enough to recognize the earthly imperfections that yield her beauty.
