The Aerial Horizon

A drop of molten light echoed in the atmosphere, adding definition to the edges of earth. In a narrow view of a wide horizon, the effect of the sunrise becomes clear in a moment of transition along the deep shadows of the Sierra Madre Oriental range. We witness light falling toward earth in the illumination of dissipating vapor as day breaks and night recedes.
